Work-Study

Cambridge College participates in a wide range of federal, state, institutional and private financial aid programs. These programs are offered to students at the institution enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.

The following is a description of the work programs.

Federal Work-Study

  • A federal program awarded by the Financial Aid Office at Cambridge College.
  • Eligibility is based on financial need.
  • Available to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at least half time, three quarters time or full time.
  • Student is required to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Students typically work 15-20 hours per week, depending on their individual class schedules.
  • Payment is weekly through direct deposit or paycheck.

Community Service Federal Work-Study

  • A federal program awarded by the Financial Aid Office at Cambridge College.
  • This award is an off-campus position at a non-profit or community service agency.
  • Eligibility is based on financial need.
  • Available to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at least half time, three quarters time or full time.
  • Student is required to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Students typically work 15-20 hours per week, depending on their individual class schedules.
  • Pay rate is up to $20 dollars.
  • Payment is weekly through direct deposit or paycheck.
