About Jennifer Greene

Jennifer Greene currently works at Bay Cove Human Services, Inc. as the Advocacy & Integration Manager for the Developmental Services Division. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Cambridge College. Jennifer has worked in the Nonprofit Field of Human Services for over 25 years in many roles, such as Direct Care, Program Director, Senior Program Director, and Associate Director of Human Resources. She has worked with adults with developmental disabilities since graduating high school; in 2009 Jennifer was given the opportunity to open residential homes that focused on palliative care and hospice by providing individuals served quality and consistent care at the end of their lives. In 2013, she was recognized by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Disabilities for her role in moving folks out of nursing homes and into the community.

Jennifer’s passions are palliative and hospice care as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family.
