About Joseph Nadeau

Joe Nadeau is the Director of Recruitment at Beacon ABA Services. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and began his career in health and human services with Beacon in 2014. For over three years, he provided 1:1 behavior therapy for younger learners on the Autism Spectrum, during the latter half of which he was also a Recruitment Specialist for the practice, sourcing new talent for in-home therapy. He transitioned to a Talent Acquisition role where for over four years, he continued to support Beacon as well as other client companies hiring for developmental and behavioral health. Joe returned to Beacon in 2021 and now supports a team of Recruitment Specialists who are actively seeking new motivated therapists to work with young children across the state of Massachusetts.
