About Rachel Vasconcelos

Rachel Vasconcelos is originally a south shore native born in Stoughton, Massachusetts to immigrant parents from the Acores, Portugal. She is the first generation born in the U.S and the youngest of three siblings to graduate from college. She attended Curry College, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor and in Applied Computing in 2004. Her career started in 2006, at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton as the Recruitment Coordinator, which led her in 2011 to her position as the Human Resources Business Advisor at Steward Carney Hospital in Dorchester. In 2013, she was hired as the Clinical Recruiter for Commonwealth Care Alliance and Commonwealth One Care for their take-home services, nurse case management, nurse practitioners, social workers, case managers, etc. for all their site locations in Massachusetts. In 2014, she transitioned from the organization as the Senior Clinical Recruiter to come to Lynn Community Health Center, where she was hired as the Talent Acquisition Manager and is now the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, supporting the Chief Behavioral Health Officer and The Chief Medical Officer and their directors supporting them with the full employee life-cycle.
