About Rebekah Simmons

Upon graduating with her Bachelor's Degree, Rebekah worked within the behavioral healthcare field as a Mental Health Counselor and then as a Rehabilitation Counselor, where she truly felt inspired by the amazing works being done within the social services field. After working in the behavioral healthcare field for 3+ years, she transitioned to working in HR for a non-profit organization for 6 years.

Rebekah proudly joined Riverside Community Care in 2013 as a part-time Recruitment Coordinator and moved into her current role as Talent Acquisition Manager in 2019. She has the privilege of managing an awesome Talent Acquisition Team and the honor of helping to find remarkable candidates to join Riverside Community Care. She enjoys collaborating with management teams to attract, identify, and place incredibly talented, kind, diverse, and compassionate candidates in our extraordinary programs.
