About Sheena Drummond

Sheena Drummond is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner with 10+ years of human resources work in different sectors of the field including Payroll, Leave of Absence, and Talent Recruitment. Sheena has previous experience in different industries for companies, including CVS Health administering leaves of absence, Bowlmor AMF recruiting for bowling center staff and mechanics/technicians, and now Bright Horizons recruiting for early childhood education teachers and leadership. She has a plethora of human resources skills that help her build, attract & maintain strong talent pools in the Boston market including strong communication, a strong ability to function under pressure, strategic planning skills to help meet metrics, strong networking & relationship building skills & patience & willingness to try new techniques.

Sheena earned her B.S. in business management from Johnson & Wales University and continued to earn her M.S. in human resources management from Southern New Hampshire University. Sheena enjoys teaching and learning about herbalism, yoga, meditation & natural healing. During her free time, she enjoys going on hikes, beach yoga & meditation, spending quality time with her family & friends & learning new skills.
