Professional Experience

Current:

  • Of Counsel, Fields and Dennis, LLP, providing legal services in a variety of family related areas including divorce, estate planning, guardianship, and elder law.  Extensive court appointed and private representation of children and parents in Child Requiring Assistance (CRA) and Care and Protection (C&P) petitions.  Perform Guardian ad Litem investigations and evaluations in the Suffolk Probate and Family Court and serve as Guardian ad Litem and court investigator in the Boston and Norfolk Juvenile Courts.  Serve as a mentor to new attorneys in child welfare cases.
