  • Multiples nutrition educative articles for newspapers, bulletins and others related food, nutrition, safety topics as: Local Wellness Policy for schools, food additives, nutritious snacks, and food guide pyramid, nutrition of the athletes, nutrition of the child, adolescents and others. Participated in TV, and Radio programs related educational theories and nutrition topics.
